The breakfast had everything one wished for: many foods were home-made. Extremely recommendable are the smoothies that are prepared. And if the weather is nice one can have breakfast outside. We spent five nights at the Landhaus Pannonia. While Mörbisch itself is not centrally located in Burgenland, it is an excellent location for a traveling in the southern half. It combines quick access for bathing and boating in the Neusiedlersee and proximity to the many inland points of interest in Burgenland and Hungary. The Landhaus is in the center of the town and everything is within walking distance. That is good since parking is sometimes difficult to find around the hotel. As for the facility, it shares space with the small winery. The Landhaus is a modern building with up-to-date furnishings, new modern bedding, air conditioning, mini-bar. sufficient electrical outlets and efficient bathroom ventilation. This is one of the most well-furnished hotel rooms you will find at the price. The only thing we found lacking is a parking space for luggage. This was not a problem for us as we unpacked for our longer stay, but for someone living out of a suitcase on a 1-2 day stay, using the floor or bed is inconvenient. The breakfast was a very pleasant surprise. Many larger hotels could take a lesson here. Each morning there were several different items from the day before. The quality of the meats, cheeses, fruit and conserves was of first rate. One of the owners was present preparing and overseeing breakfast every day and, both owners were there on most days. That is how you set and maintain high standards. If the TripAdvisor rating scale were 1-10, this would be a 9. Highly recommended.

“Biking in Burgenland”

We were in Burgenland with our children (5 and 8 yrs) for biking and lived in there. It is family business and you can feel that they care and do their best to let you feel good. Also location for biking is very good. We enjoyed our stay there.
