If you like to hang out in a nice garden area, do some good biking alongside the lake and visit the famos „Heurigen-Restaurants“ then this is the perfect place to stay for a few nights. Super nice and clean rooms, the food was excellent and all staff had been very welcoming and helpful. The sauna area is pretty tiny sounding expect a big wellness experience. But other than that everything is perfect.

“Good start for a biking season”

Our stay was there after the Corona lock down was lifted and the border to Hungary was opened. We booked directly via the Hotel and chose the Comfort Room with half board. Our stay was there after the Corona lock down was lifted and the border to Hungary was opened. We booked directly via the Hotel and chose the Comfort Room with half board. The room itself was really nice and we had a balcony. This is great when you want to hang wet swimming suits and biking wear . The balcony came with an insect door and 2 shutters. Which we used during the day to keep the heat out. The beds were comfy and in the room all you need. You can also get 2 free bathing robes during the stay. We didn't use the Sauna option so not sure if ít was open or not but we used the small pool and whirlpool. The food (buffet style) during breakfast and dinner was good and sufficient. The waiters and the whole staff were all friendly . The Hotel is really close to cycling paths B10 . The only negative points * ) the coffee was not drinkable, even when you asked for a Grosser Brauner or Espresso the quality didn't improve. I had to go to restaurants at the Mole to get a good coffee. *) only 3 tables outside for the bar. Many customers wanted to have a drink after dinner outside but only a small space available. *) you will get the free Neusiedler Card but it is still 1,4km till the entry of Neusiedlersee .

“OK stay”

We stayed for one night, travelling to Slovakia and liked the hotel and food. Friendly staff, seems a nice area as well although weather at that time not so good, so we could not enjoy the lake. Room was adequate, the hotel is very large so some walking to do to get from reception to your room.

We got the last room and stayed one night , that’s why we were given a room facing the street which was still okay in April but might be noisy in the touristy season. We got the last room and stayed one night , that’s why we were given a room facing the street which was still okay in April but might be noisy in the touristy season. Room was very clean, bedding comfortable, bathroom quite tiny.The sliding glass door separating bedroom from bathroom-toilet does not provide privacy which can be really disturbing. Apart from that , the hotel is well kept, has a very friendly well trained staff and offers many amenities. I wish I had known they had a hairdresser on site beforehand. The breakfast buffet is very good. Good location too, half way between lake and Main Street. perfect for jogging and biking.A bit pricey though.
