We stayed here for a couple of nights so my friend could visit the studio Ghibli park. Definetly would stay again - for the british reading this, think premiere inn hub without the bar and the breakfast. what’s good: - The location is next to a metro station and you can get to all the top attractions in 15/20 mins - They have lockers for you to leave your bags pre and post check in. - They have a lot of amenities including face oil, razors, hair brushes, tooth brush and tooth paste, moisturiser, towels and PJ’s. - They have a paid for vacuum machine. - The TV screen home page tells you when the coin laundry is available. - Very clean and tidy. - They literally have everything you need. the needs improvement / the down side: - room size is small so with two large suitcases there is not very much spare room. - The staff are not visible and you have to call them. Ghibli park: - From the hotel to the park it took an hour ish on public transport to get there. There was a change to the line that goes to the park. I would definetly stay here again.

One stop away from Nagoya Station in the Higashiyama line but please note that this E-W line is usually packed. Check in is strictly at 3pm as it is managed by a machine. One stop away from Nagoya Station in the Higashiyama line but please note that this E-W line is usually packed. Check in is strictly at 3pm as it is managed by a machine. Nevertheless, someone appeared to help us store our luggage since we arrived before check in time. We booked the suite for 3 pax and it had 2 double beds and a single bed which can be removed. It was comfortable nevertheless. There is also an LG styler in the room to refresh our worn clothes if you intend to wear them again. Since we stayed 5 nights, housekeeping came daily to clear the rubbish and replace the towels if necessary. There are 2 washers cum dryers at level 2 and you can check if they are being used on your room TV. Notes can be changed into coins at the reception counter machine so that you can operate the washer dryer. Hotel is 1 Station away from Sakae area but if the weather is fine, it is possible to walk around the area. There is a 7-11 next door although it is not as well stocked as some. There were 3 of us and it is quite rare at most hotels but we indicated that we needed 3 keys and were given. Another plus point is that the airport limousine bus opposite Kanko Hotel was nearby and we managed to take the 5.57 am bus to catch our morning flight at Chubu. Many only peeve was that the toilet bidet system didn't work smoothly. I couldn't get the bidet to work the way it is supposed to work for most toilets I have been.
