She surprised me not once but twice with advance birthday goodies 🥰 Thank you so much Ms Franzen for such a memorable stay with Four points Nagoya. Not forgetting to mention the rest of the hotel's staffs were also very warm, helpful and friendly. Such a great team you have that left us with a very impressive experience! Also the room is spacious, clean and neat. Hotel has a very beautiful sea view and conveniently accessible to the airport only 5 mins walk away. They also have free shuttle to nearby Aeon mall and pottery town. Fantastic place to be before our departure back home! Thank you once again and will definitely be back!

My husband and I were in Nagoya to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and your team made it truly unforgettable. Despite the challenging weather, our spirits were lifted by the warm hospitality and impeccable service we received. A special thanks goes to ReeAnn, whose warm smile and beautiful English made us feel right at home. She knew about the purpose of our trip through a casual conversation and went above and beyond by proactively upgrading our room to one with a better view. This act of kindness was completely unexpected and made us feel incredibly special, as if the sunshine had emerged inside the Four Points, regardless of the weather outside. Staying at the airport hotel on our last night ensured we could catch our early morning flight back home without any stress. This thoughtful consideration added to the overall positive experience. This has been one of the best experiences of our Nagoya trip in 2025, and we are eager to recommend your hotel to others. “Modern Seaview airport hotel”

The hotel is modern in design and has excellent Seaview for being right next to the sea. The airport is about 5 minutes walk though an airport shuttle is also available at times. There is not much nearby but there is a free half hourly shuttle to a nearby town (famous for its pottery) just right… lisää

There is not much nearby but there is a free half hourly shuttle to a nearby town (famous for its pottery) just right outside the hotel. Not bad for an overnight stay .

I really like the decor of the hotel, especially compared to other Four Point chain in US/Canada. It is modern and spacious. The service was decent and my Platinum status was recognized. I really like the decor of the hotel, especially compared to other Four Point chain in US/Canada. It is modern and spacious. The service was decent and my Platinum status was recognized. I was upgraded to a larger room but not on a higher floor that I typical request. However the hotel was full and the late evening hours were busy. Some Asian airlines also use the hotel for layover. The hotel was right on the airport ground, but was a bit further away from the airport. The problem is that there is no COVERED walkway. While the hotel actually provides free shuttles in the morning and late afternoon during the rainy season, I still need to walk there. It is a hassle when it is raining. I think this might be the only reason why I may not stay here next time. The only long term solution is to build a covered pathway between the main terminal and the hotel, or else just set up a shuttle schedule. The room itself is spacious as I was upgraded. I had a good night of rest, and the bathroom was pretty nice too. Everything surpassed my expectation. The fitness room is on the small side but at least the equipments are new and is well maintained. Breakfast is okay. While it is not extravagant like other major hotels, it is okay for a Four Points hotel. The service was good and at least the staffs were friendly. Sadly the location is really not convenient or else I will have no issue to stay here again in the future!
