The hotel located on a quieter neighborhood, but walkable to the main attraction like the A Factory, and the Nebuta Museum. Many restaurants were within walking distance. The hotel located on a quieter neighborhood, but walkable to the main attraction like the A Factory, and the Nebuta Museum. Many restaurants were within walking distance. Breakfast area was clean and bright. It had a good variety of western and Japanese food items. The red bean toast was the best. We followed the intruction given and it was delicious, what an attentive touch.

Nice small hotel for a night or two. Good accommodation if you came to enjoy Sakura blossom in Hirosaki or in Gappo park. It’s located just 10 min walk from Aomori station. There’s also plenty of restaurants around. Small, but very clean and cozy room with all necessary amenities. Water pressure is… lisää

Nice small hotel for a night or two. Good accommodation if you came to enjoy Sakura blossom in Hirosaki or in Gappo park. It’s located just 10 min walk from Aomori station. There’s also plenty of restaurants around. Small, but very clean and cozy room with all necessary amenities. Water pressure is good and hot water remains hot all the time. Toilet has a control panel (seat heating, bidet, shower). The only thing I didn’t like that you can hear everything what’s going on in the hall. Very high audibility because there’s a small gap between the door and the floor.

“Good for the price”

I stayed in this hotel for about 3 days in winter to see the architecture in and around the city. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the main station and bus area - bt keep in mind that I stayed in winter and the streets was full of snow - so naturally you walk slower. I stayed in this hotel for about 3 days in winter to see the architecture in and around the city. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the main station and bus area - bt keep in mind that I stayed in winter and the streets was full of snow - so naturally you walk slower. The rooms weren't bad either, and the staff is helpful. I didn't eat in the hotel so I'm not so sure about the food. All in all I think it deserves a better rating than what it has now!

“More like a business hotel”

This was our second time trying out the APA chain of hotels in Japan. The first one we had was in Sendai. The check in was pretty ok, just that the parking area within the hotel premises was rather limited. But that was not an issue as there were a number of carparks around the hotel as well. This was our second time trying out the APA chain of hotels in Japan. The first one we had was in Sendai. The check in was pretty ok, just that the parking area within the hotel premises was rather limited. But that was not an issue as there were a number of carparks around the hotel as well. The hotel interior looked abit tired. As usual, their hotel rooms came with a big tv. However in the evening, we encounter some really rude “neighbours” which we did not expect such behaviour. The rooms sound insulation wasn’t that good and the door slammed hard each time it’s allowed to close by itself. Other than that, a decent hotel but really not much to shout about.

We stayed here for 3 nights in an average room with a double bed. - Location: The hotel is 10 minutes walk from Aomori station and Nebuta museum. It is also only 5 minutes walk from the tourist information centre (with an absorvatory with a view of the city). There is a Lawson shop just in front of the hotel -> great for late night snacks! - Service: The staff was friendly and service as expeded in a 3 star hotel. There beverages available in an automated dispenser. The breakfast was a mediocre buffet, but they do offer some good Japanese traditional food as breakfast. - Room: Our room was a standard double room which was small but comfortable. Overall a good stay for the price we paid.
