“Good service provided”
I would like to compliment the staff that were doing the front desk duty on 29.12.25 afternoon. I was impressed by the help rendered/advice given as I have fell down & fractured my wrist. “Lovely 2 night stay in Takayama”
We had originally booked into another hotel but were transferred to Hotel Around due to maintenance work at the original hotel. “Loved Takayama.”
Excellent location near the train station. Nice friendly atmosphere from the staff and the first hotel to offer room service.The rooms were very clean.Good value for money.Very quiet.Extremely helpful staff always willing to assist at all times many thanks to everyone.

“Supposed to Be a 4-star”
The hotel was ok, but I would not consider it a 4-star. Especially not in Asia. Breakfast was served, but nothing worth noticing. The room was ok and clean. For the price ok, but clearly not a 4-star.
