“Best Airport terminal in the world (not a hotel review)”
It has a very large shopping and restaurant/food stall area, all before security. Even among other good Japanese Airport terminals, this stands out to be the best. “Stop over”
Wow! The airport is huge! Hotel was comfortable enough for an overnight stopover. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, no noise from the airport, heaps of places to eat in the airport, and only a short walk to the international departure lounge

“Some help would be useful”
Nice and modern airport. All the signs look like in other airports but after you passed the customs it is a bit difficult for a non-Japanese speaking persons to find out where to go. It would be very helpful to put some English speaking staff around the airport to help people on their way or make … lisää

“Right on the Terminal”
Reception good and friendly. Rooms nicely equipped, and in good condition. Bathroom better than most in Japan. Incredibly convenient for the check in desks. Restaurant is however a disaster zone.
