“Helpful staff at hotel”
We didn't go there to stay. We went to the hotel for the Bird Watching Cafe while on a camper trip across Hokkaido. “BEST ONSEN EXPERIENCE. Good food. Nature themed. Historic hotel.”

After a long flight from Australia this was our first hotel and a very good choice. The setting is beautiful. “Good choice in Obihiro”
A big and well kept hotel with adequate room size. Our request for high floor with views was honoured. We particularly like the wide window for views.
