“Amazing. Loved it”
Loved it. This is my second time at this hotel. I came last year and again this year. The staff are amazing- the front of service staff and also the restaurant staff were fantastic. “2N stay at Hotel Neuschloss Otaru”
One of the best hotel we've stayed for this Hokkaido trip. It was not at a very convenient location but the hotel provided hourly shuttle bus service with 9 persons capacity, so to take the shuttle bus, have to reserve early. “Great onsen, bad breakfast and location”
I absolutely loved the atmosphere there. I went to Sapporo for the snow festival in February 2025. I wanted to enjoy a private onsen, as I have a lot of tattoos. “Great location, stunning view - but …”
Stunning view, great location - not doubt at all!!! However, the best times of the hotel seem to be over. Interior and exterior are run down and would need some major refurbishment. Service stuff showing the least omotenashi ever experienced in Japan so far, what a pitty.
