“A highly recommended hotel if you’re visiting Rishiri”

“Best hotel in Kutsugata”
Located near the Kutsugata ferry terminal, Island Inn is the perfect option to stay on this side of the island. There's a direct ferry from Rebun Island. And it's the shortest way to climb the Mt. “Impeccable service ”
Shuttle to pick you up from the ferry terminal, shuttle to drive you to the hiking trail (I even had my lunch provided by the hotel). Buffet is varied and good, staff is kind and do speak English. The onsen is perfect after a day hiking on the Mont Rishiri. I highly recommend this place

“Nice Clean Hotel with Great Service”
This was a nice clean hotel with great service. The seafood and vegetables was fresh! The onsen was a little small, but they opened it up early to accommodate our schedule. The dining room staff were excellent, so polite and helpful. The staff also spoke some English.

“Good location. Catered for hikers.”
Good location (right on the water - like most places in Rishiri). Buffet style breakfast and dinner. Food seems to be good all over in Hokkaido. It was rainy when we came, so we didn't have the full view of the Rishiri Fuji, but apparently our room faced directly infront. The hotel had 3 differ… lisää
