Bvlgari blew me away! I’ve traveled around the world and have been fortunate enough to stay at some of the best hotels. I stayed here with my wife and two kids, and every aspect of our experience was low-stress, with impeccable customer service. It's worth noting they make the hotel feel like it is empty even when it was at capacity. This is key! Never waited for an elevator. Never waited for service. It's all about each traveler here and keeping the experience smooth The concierge was superb and helped with restaurant reservations, as well as any advice we needed. The room was incredibly comfortable, and the view of the city from above was spectacular. Breakfast featured the best Eggs Benedict I’ve ever had. The bar on the 45th floor also had amazing views and was a wonderful place to relax. We had guaranteed connecting rooms, which was a huge plus, since many hotels don’t guarantee them. Lastly, the location! If you don’t want to walk out the door and immediately feel overwhelmed by crowds, this is a great spot. It’s also within walking distance of the shops in Ginza. If you don’t mind taking taxis or trains, this area is perfect as a base and is a destination in itself. Not to mention, I had one of the best massages I’ve ever experienced at the spa.

The Bvlgari Hotel far exceed my expectations! I expected the hotel to be beautiful based on the pictures posted on the website. But what really stood out for me is how the team made me feel so welcomed. I truly regret that I did not get the name of each person who assisted me with my daily requests because each person was so helpful and was such a delight to work with. From the young lady who escorted us to the registration desk, to everyone at the registration desk, along with the housekeeping team and the gentleman at the concierge desk, they were all wonderful in handling my requests. It was such a joy to be greeted by Gurung Bikram each morning for breakfast. He really helped to set the tone for the entire day. The young ladies in the restaurant as well as the upstairs bar were also great. And Simone Fagiolini went above the call when we needed assistance with directions outside of the Ginza area. Also, I must mention the young lady who provided the facial and massage. Everything about this visit was perfect and it is the people who made the difference. I have to say the Bvlgari Tokyo has set the bar for my hotel stays. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Upon traveling to Japan and experiencing everything wonderful it has to offer, my wife and I were of the mind to say, “It’s OK. We’ve had our trip here. No need to come back.” However, the experience at the Bvlgari Hotel Tokyo changed our minds entirely. Outstanding hotel. Likely the best in the entire nation. Highly recommend. The staff is always willing to help and consistently thinking ahead — anticipating your needs before you even voice them. The only comparable hotel experience I can draw upon for that level of foresight is the Hôtel George V in Paris. The Bar on the 45th floor is equally outstanding in service and hospitality. The cocktails are vey good, and the congenial service provided by Hilaria, a hostess from Spain (my sincere apologies for forgetting your name!) and the two “Andrea” fellow paisans made it all the more memorable. Well worth the stay, especially at the current exchange rate. Kudos and thank you to management and staff for truly redefining what hospitality means, and making our Wedding Anniversary truly special.

What a treats! We decided to stop at Tokyo 3 nights on the way back from Niseko. We tried to book Peninsula Tokyo which we stayed many times, but it was fully booked so we tried Bvlgari Tokyo this time. And experience was "WOW". Room was on 43rd floor, facing West. We were able to see Mt. Fuji covered with snow, and views facing Imperial Palace was amazing! Service: What made this hotel so special was "service". They completely take advantage of Japanese "Omotenashi -hospitality", detailed, personalized service. We were shocked in the first morning when we saw our room was completely cleaned after we came back from breakfast! We can see they are truly trying to help us stay more enjoyable. Although hotel is in the middle of busy Tokyo station, it felt like we were staying in resort to enjoy their service. We stayed at Ritz, FS, Peninsula but this hotel was way over the top. Room: Bedroom was smaller than Peninsula Tokyo. The views and large floor to ceiling windows were amazing. Wish we have more desk space for work and small couch. Room was beautiful decorated, yellow and orange, never seen this kind of interior before. We enjoyed a lot. There were 1. Fruits 2, Bvlgari Chocolate 3. Wine 4. Sparkling/Still bottle water on the table. Soft drinks on mini bar was free. There were many, many kinds of local organic silk tea bags which filled often throughout a day. Very functional, long "his and hers" closets between the bed and bathroom. There were beautiful Italian PJs in the closets and loved it. All linens were Made in Italy (including bath towels etc ). There was pillow menu: of choices of many including silk and Tempurpedic which really helped. Bathroom: Wish bathroom color was brighter and shower stall has clear shower glass. Shower room was big enough, obscured glass wasn't fun. Bvlgari products everywhere: and refill every time they cleaned the room. Restaurant: We had breakfast and lunch at downstairs Italian restaurant. Fabulous service and fabulous foods. All dishes were Richard Ginori, I was VERY impressed. All linens were freshly pressed Italian linens. I am a big fan of fine linens and totally impressed. Timing of service, food, choices of customized items were totally unexpected. Spa: Didn't use the service, but we did use the pool/jacuzzi. Staff came and gave us a plush, extra large towels and jacuzzi was heaven. Location: Right across from Tokyo Station Yaesu exit. It is connected to Tokyo Station via basement (kind of difficult, but you'll get it after few try) and all department stores nearby. You can see end of Ginza from outside the hotels and about 10min walk. Great locations! We were so happy we stayed. Hope to come back again soon to get spoiled!
