My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and friendly. Milan, our first contact person, was a lifesaver. He answered all our questions and guided us through the check-in process. He even brought our luggage to our room and helped us make dinner reservations at their Terrace and Table restaurant. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The lobby exuded elegance, offering ample space, comfortable seating, and a captivating ambiance. The rooms were clean, modern, and spacious. We had three beds, so there was plenty of room to move around. The amenities and personal care products, including bubble bath, skincare kits, toothbrushes, and more, were a big hit with my family. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and will definitely be staying here again when we return to Tokyo.

Short walk to Kawasaki train station. Spacious rooms featuring a sitting area and television channel with English language channels. Breakfast restaurant is very good and reasonably priced.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. 1. The location is excellent — just a 3‑minute walk to JR Kawasaki Station and close to a convenience store. 2. The front office staff provided warm and attentive customer service. 3. My room was spacious and very comfortable. 4. Despite being near the train station, the soundproofing was impressive, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep. 5. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of foods to choose from. Overall, I was very satisfied and will definitely return when visiting Tokyo again.
