This was my third stay at Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay, and I'll almost certainly be back for a fourth. The biggest strengths of this hotel are its location for Disney visitors and the excellent shuttle service. The complimentary shuttles to Tokyo Disney Resort and Shin-Urayasu Station make getting around very convenient. The rooms are also impressively spacious by Japanese standards, and every stay has been clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff deserve a lot of credit. They remain professional and courteous even when dealing with demanding guests. During my stay I witnessed several difficult customer interactions, yet the staff handled them calmly and respectfully. Breakfast isn't extravagant, but it is good quality with enough variety to satisfy most guests. I'd happily eat it again if it's included in the room rate, although I'm not sure I'd pay extra for it. Around Shin-Urayasu there are also a handful of good restaurants, so dining options are perfectly adequate. My main criticism is that the hotel isn't the most convenient base if your primary goal is sightseeing around central Tokyo. It's much better suited for Disney or the Tokyo Bay area. I also think front desk management could be more proactive during busy check-in periods. On more than one occasion, long lines developed while only a couple of staff members were actively assisting guests, with several other employees working behind the desk but not helping. When a staff member gets tied up with a complicated guest, management should be quicker to step in or reassign someone to keep the line moving. Overall, these are relatively minor annoyances. Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay remains an excellent hotel with spacious rooms, professional staff, and outstanding shuttle service. It's still one of my preferred hotels in the Tokyo area, and I expect I'll be returning for a fourth stay in the near future.

“Amazing suite and lounge access, super convenient for Tokyo Disney”

We had an incredible 2-night stay with our teenage daughter, made even better by the suite and lounge access. The hotel is extremely convenient for visiting Tokyo Disney, making it an ideal choice for families. A wonderful experience all around.

This was our third time staying here and we would always come back when in Tokyo. Shin Urayasu is located a little outside the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. This was our third time staying here and we would always come back when in Tokyo. Shin Urayasu is located a little outside the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. So when coming back from exploring the city center, you can enjoy a little bit of quiet on the roof top bar and look across Tokyo Bay. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The breakfast offers a great variety of both Asian and western choices. The service is great. If the jet lag hits you, they also have a gym you can use before (or after) enjoying the breakfast.

“Convenient, friendly staff, great for a stay if visiting Disneyland”

This is the 2nd year we stayed at the Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay. Being able to have a shuttle to the Disneyland, DisneySea and train station makes it very convenient. They even have several one-ways to Tokyo. It would be nice if they added returns back to the hotel even if it is a couple times of day. We had access to the club lounge and enjoyed the breakfast, snacks and dinner there. Wish there were more snack options and dinner options. All staff were very friendly and courteous. We love the location since there are several malls in walking distance. There was also a Lawsons at the hotel next door. Also have washer and dryer on each floor.
