We had the chance to stay at the Citadines Harbour Front Yokohama for 4 days prior to leaving on a cruise . After a long international flight and our first experience on the Japan rails, we arrived with a lot of luggage in tow and exhausted. The hotel has an elevator on the same level as the exit (#5 Nihon odori) from the Minatomirai (MM blue )line. The elevator brings you to street level and the hotel entrance is a quick left turn. Check in was quick. Front line staff were very welcoming and attentive. We have booked an executive Double studio, which was exacting as advertised. The room was fresh and spotlessly clean. More than enough room for two with large suitcases. It had a well equipped kitchenette , and air purifier. They also have a resident lounge and laundry on the 7th that you can use. We purchased meals and warmed and ate them in the lounge after a day of exploring. We chose this location firstly based on the outstanding reviews, for great access to the Japan trains and restaurants and most importantly an easy walk to the Osanbashi Pier, which was our cruise terminal. If your travels bring you to Yokohama and specifically to the Naka Ward, the Citadines Harbour Front Yokohama is an excellent choice for short or long stay

This hotel was great for transfer to Osanbashi to join a Celebrity cruise ship. We arrived at Haneda Airport and arrived via a pre-booked taxi. It takes less than 30 minutes from Haneda to reach Osanbashi and we arrived at the hotel at 8am in the morning and our room was not ready but if we signed up to membership, our room would be ready at an earlier time, as well as 12 noon extended check out. Our hotel room was a standard twin room, with kitchen and fridge facilities. The hotel was very spacious and the guest room was very pleasant to use when it was a dry sunshine day, with coffee, tea and water available along with a paid fridge or other cold drinks. We initially had a problem with our room not being paid, but upon further investigation, confirmation was given that this was cleared up with the agency who booked/paid on our behalf. Usual Japanese toiletries available in the reception area to pick up. Breakfast was held at the coffee house facility adjacent to the hotel. Pleasant selection of eggs, pastries etc. I would certainly recommend the location of this hotel when joining a cruise ship in Yokohama, and if you are able, walking to the cruise terminal is only an 8 minute walk from the hotel. We arranged a taxi transfer with the hotel, as we have a number of suitcases to transfer. Reception team were very friendly and helpful with a number of requests we asked of them

I have had the most positive service experience with their reservations team. We had booked to stay at another of their property in Yokohama and it was to close. They went out of their way to facilitate our new reservations at Citadines. They were diligent in their follow up, quick in their respons… lisää

I have had the most positive service experience with their reservations team. We had booked to stay at another of their property in Yokohama and it was to close. They went out of their way to facilitate our new reservations at Citadines. They were diligent in their follow up, quick in their responses and vey helpful. We have only had really good experiences with the Ascott group.

Great location just off the harbour. The staff was friendly and helpful, Breakfast is ok. The benefit is that it's earlier than anything else opens. Aside from that, I wouldn't get it again. The room is a mini apartment, and it had a toaster oven. I'd get food from he grocery store across the… lisää

The room is a mini apartment, and it had a toaster oven. I'd get food from he grocery store across the street next time and eat in. It's comfortable and well placed. I'd stay again.
