First of all, I’d like to highlight the excellent location of the hotel. It’s within walking distance to Gion, and from there it’s easy to continue exploring other attractions. There is also a metro line nearby, which makes getting around the city very convenient. The breakfasts were very tasty. Since I eat halal food, I was pleased to find a good and sufficient selection of suitable options. A special thank you to the reception staff they were very helpful :) and resolved any issues immediately. The only drawback was that at night there was occasionally a smell similar to gas. It appeared around five times during the night and then disappeared. Because of this, I had to sleep with the windows open. Overall, my stay was pleasant, and the hotel left a positive impression.

Near to two subway lines and walkable to many areas of central Kyoto. Clean rooms. But they only clean your room every 3rd day although towel exchange daily. Near to two subway lines and walkable to many areas of central Kyoto. Clean rooms. But they only clean your room every 3rd day although towel exchange daily. The lobby has a horrible scented fragrance which could easily be changed but maybe some people like it. We def didn’t like it. Two laundry machines in the lobby. Takes two hours to wash and dry although both loads we did required an additional 30 minutes of drying. Cost 500Y plus 100Y. Includes laundry soap automatically dispensed.
