“Wonderful stay”
Highly recommend, friendly, accomodating and friendly staff. They were able to do a luggage transfer for us. The public bath was amazing they had a cold pool and a sauna. Comfortable beds, we had so much we wanted to do and not enough time. We loved the welcome drink a lovely touch!.

“Fantastic”
Great place to stay, decor is lovely and modern, room well designed and spacious and onsen is one of the best with hot bath, cold plunge and sauna. Would definitely stay here again. Stayed at the Cross in city centre for double the price and found it far less enjoyable.

“Good stay and location”
Good location, quiet and clean. Friendly staff. Easy to reach most parts of Kyoto. Metro station is walkable. Few restaurants in the hotel, which seem to be good. Breakfast limited not much options for vegetarians. Long queues for breakfast.
