“Not our first choice - but it will be next time!”
This was the only hotel we could get in town as it was golden week. It's a mile from the town centre so only just walkable for the elderly. However the staff were fantastic. We were picked up at the station and also after a day sightseeing. The staff had limited English but were unfailingly charmin… lisää

“Its a perfect place to visit.”
There are some hot springs on the first and sixth floor.All of them are closed to the nature~The people here are so kind and nice.The environment is so quiet and its a perfect place to have fun and have a good rest.

Quite a traditional hotel about 15 mins walk from the centre of town. Large public area where there is free WiFi ( not available in the bedrooms). Rooms are large and quaintly old fashioned. “The hotel is satisfactory, but probably will try another place if go to Naruko again”
The hot spring water is supposed to not be clear. However, i noticed while bathing a leaf came up out of the water, so I was thinking that they could keep it a little cleaner. The food was good but could offer half-buffet for dinner and i would rate the hotel better. There is not much of a view fro… lisää
