“A 5 star Onsen Hotel experience”
This was one of my favourite boutique hotel experiences . The staff was super friendly and their commitment to service is commendable. “Excellent service and great stay with onsen”
Stayed 1 night to experience the wonderful onsen stay. Food was very good and staff took effort to explain the ryokan amenities to us. Went to the onsen 3 times to enjoy the most! Highly recommend.

A little out of the way but well worth the effort. Proprietor speaks perfect English having lived in Seattle many yrs ago. Beautiful gardens, exquisite food, attentive staff. “Good Hot Spring for Refresh”
I come 1st time to Shikitei. Here is so calm area and there is good hot spring. Their service is so kinds and each dishes are tasty. There are also some Japanese local sake and wine. I enjoyed and relaxed. I want to visit again.
