“Room a bit small but nice hotel”

The hotel is right next to the train station, so location is incredible. That said, you could sometimes hear a low whoosh sound from the trains, but it was not bothersome, and otherwise very quiet. The hotel is right next to the train station, so location is incredible. That said, you could sometimes hear a low whoosh sound from the trains, but it was not bothersome, and otherwise very quiet. The room was a bit cozy, but it was comfortable with all the necessary amenities. There's a window in the bathroom that looks into the rest of the room, but there's blinds for privacy. The breakfast buffet was great. Really enjoyed our stay.

“Excellent stay”

Spent 3 nights here in Mid May during my tour of Japan. Booked an executive room and had an excellent stay. Room was very good, quiet and with good a/c and great views of Nagoya. Spent 3 nights here in Mid May during my tour of Japan. Booked an executive room and had an excellent stay. Room was very good, quiet and with good a/c and great views of Nagoya. Bathroom was a little compact compared to my usual hiltons but was good and overall excellent value for money. All staff were excellent. Executive lounge snack and evening offerings were very good with very good service. Breakfast on the 20th floor was excellent with a very good omelet made to order. It is an excellent location and being able to get to the Shinkansen platforms in less than 5mins from the lobby was great. Loved Okayama Castle and the Korakuen garden as well as trips to Himeji and Onomichi on the Shinkansen and Kurashiki canal area and attractive streets

“Super staff”

Brilliant location in a very welcoming hotel. They were super slick with check in and check out. Breakfast was simply divine with everything well stocked and neat. Staff were gorgeous and very polite. Location was just next to railway station and very central

Hotel is very convenient; literally right outside the train station. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was very basic and very dated. All of the lights are controlled centrally...and you have to leave your room keycard in to keep the lights and air conditioning on. So at night? The card com… lisää

The card comes out to turn out All of the lights and also the a/c. Bathroom was tiny. Delicious teppen yaki restaurant upstairs and nice lounge. Hotel needs an update and refresher!
