The One-Five Hotel is at the end of the main street that starts with the train station. Easy and fun access via the old-time trolley that rattles up and down the street. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and neat and very small. We had a double bed and had very little room to walk around but all in all it was adequate, modern, and certainly set at an affordable price. It had a lively reception and dining area where people met up, used the microwave and made coffee. No breakfast per se but a contractor brought in small sandwiches to sell in the morning. It was a great location close to the gardens and the river, surprisingly quiet given the location near the street, and the elevators were very prompt!

well turned out to be a very good hotel breakfast excellent menu changes each day food was good nice view out to street .tram stop outside for railway station cars every few minutes.once again this hotel has a plastic insert bath room with a step to get in which I find trouble some other wise staff… lisää

The hotel is within the walking distance from the Okayama castle. It is next to Maruzen book and stationery store too. The room is ecomical and well function. Free ice, vending machines and coin laundry are available on the seventh floor, thus makes it suitable for a long stay in terms of budget … lisää

Staff is friendly and service-mindedness.

As a budget business hotel, it has all the basics offered- a comfortable sleep, basic amenities, in-room wifi and free breakfast. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast which had a reasonably wide selection of Western and Japanese food, as welll as fruits. Free coffee is also available during the day… lisää

As a budget business hotel, it has all the basics offered- a comfortable sleep, basic amenities, in-room wifi and free breakfast. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast which had a reasonably wide selection of Western and Japanese food, as welll as fruits. Free coffee is also available during the day. The room is a bit too small and it has shown some signs of aging, such as wallpaper peeling off. However, it is still very clean and tidy. In terms of location, it is a stone's throw away from the main sights of Okayama, that is the Korakuen Garden and Okayama Castle. It is also a comfortable 15-min walk to the main station, or about 5min by the tram.
