I wanted to share a very positive experience I had with the hotel. I booked five nights several months before my stay and turned up at the hotel to find that they had not got the booking and when I checked the confirmation discovered I had booked the wrong dates and missed the stay!! Totally my fault and as it was a non-refundable booking resigned myself that the fact that I will learn for the future. I rebooked again on the website as they advised it would be cheaper than the rate at the desk and put it all down to experience. To my surprise, a couple of days later they left a note in my room to say that had spoken to the head office and were able to refund my booking. This was totally unexpected and certainly not what I expected. I can't think of any other hotel that would have done this so I am really grateful and they now have my total advocacy. Apart from that, the hotel was perfect - extremely clean and the service excellent. The rooms were not large but then again this is Japan so in that respect a reasonable size. Location was perfect and close to the main central areas with amazing views given it is a tower. Don't miss the onsen/spa which was lovely and particularly the outside rooftop was outstanding. I cannot recommend the hotel enough and this will certainly be my "go to" chain when I next visit Japan! Thank you!

I booked this hotel for cherry blossom season and felt it was good value for money. It’s located right on the river, about 7 minutes walk from a metro station (and has a limousine bus stop there several times a day if your flight times line up). The hotel felt really modern and well kept. There were always lots of staff and the ones I dealt with were incredibly helpful, including with a small door issue that arose. I didn’t have breakfast included in my rate so can’t comment on that. There’s maybe not too many cafes right nearby, but if you go 10 minutes away you’ll find a lot. A feature I loved was the laundry room. You can check machine availability on your tv, and the machines auto-dispense detergent. This is so useful for a traveller doing a longer trip.

“Good spot to stay in central Osaka”

We booked an extra night because we had to modify travel arrangements caused by the war in the Middle East. The hotel is well located and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
