Hotel is situated within walking distance from Namba main transport hub. What i love about the hotel is coffee and tea plus some bathroom amenities can be collected at the lobby. Free grind premium coffee at the lobby for guests. i manage to book the premium double room which is a more bigger room than most of its room types. Love the smart tv which i can Chromecast my android mobile app to the tv to enjoy my personal media. Shout out to reception staffs Satheera, Bukhand and the young trainee staff who is a Caucasian for able to assist me during check-in and tv connection issue. Definitely would stay here if i had the chance to return to Osaka.. RM 1125 6-8 Nov.

“Family’s vacation”

We stayed at this hotel for two nights with our family. The staff were kind, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. We stayed at this hotel for two nights with our family. The staff were kind, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. However, there were a couple of issues that impacted our experience. The toilet in our room had a very unpleasant odor and constantly smelled like sewage, which made the stay uncomfortable. Additionally, on our last day, just before leaving for our next destination, I stepped on something very sharp on the floor near the first bed in Room 912. It cut the bottom of m of my big toe quite badly. Unfortunately, we were in a rush to leave and didn’t have the chance to report it to the hotel staff at the time. Overall, while the service was good, I hope the hotel can improve cleanliness and room safety for future guests.

In the heart of bustling Namba, this modern business hotel is tucked away on a quiet side street surrounded by multiple convenience stores. In the heart of bustling Namba, this modern business hotel is tucked away on a quiet side street surrounded by multiple convenience stores. First-time visitors to Osaka will especially appreciate the proximity to Dotonbori canal, Takashimaya department store, and a vast network of shopping arcades. The Hollywood Standard Twin unfortunately lacks privacy and natural light, as it faces an adjacent building. Even with a sofa bed, the room is not ideal for three people, although larger luggage could be kept in the long entryway. Housekeeping is also surprisingly subpar for Japan, with many surfaces covered in dust, particularly around the sofa bed. Other oddities include toiletries that are too big for the shower caddy and guest pajamas that are button-down nightdresses rather than two-piece sets. While far from premium, the hotel does offer easy access to key attractions and a straight shot from KIX - just be sure to catch an express train!
