Hotel is connected to Rinku Town metro station via exit 5. Hotel staff could speak fluent English and check-in process was fast and efficient. They would also check if you require the airport transfer service. My single room was spacious and well equipped with facilities such as humidifier, fridge, usb/charging ports etc. Bed was comfortable. Buffet breakfast had a good spread (Japanese food) but might be limited for Western options.

“Convenient for early flight”

We chose to stay here as we had an early morning flight out of Kansai. Staff was friendly and efficient. Room was very clean and comfortable. We chose to stay here as we had an early morning flight out of Kansai. Staff was friendly and efficient. Room was very clean and comfortable. Although the room was not large, it was bigger than many similar hotels. Bed was comfortable although pillows could be a bit larger. Basic amenities are all provided in the room except iron (which you can pick up from common utility room) and safe (quite common in Japan). There's also a 24-hour convenience shop in the hotel. The hotel provides a 2-way shuttle to Kansai airport which was very convenient. And its only about 10 minutes drive. You will be asked to book your shuttle time to the airport when you check in. There is not terribly a lot to do nearby. The main attraction is shopping at the Rinku Premium Outlet within walking distance. There is a train station (Rinku) less than 10 minutes away which takes you straight into Namba Station downtown. Its quite a long ride especially if you catch the local train which stops at most stations. The airport express train is faster but still takes about 45mins. Overall good stay. Will stay again if I have to catch an early flight out.

“Nice for the price with good staff”

After arriving late at night and awaiting the Shinkansen in the AM, we stayed overnight. The hotel was very clean with refurbished bathroom that was stocked with complimentary toothbrush and paste, razor and hairbrush. Wow, nothing like this in hotels in the US. After arriving late at night and awaiting the Shinkansen in the AM, we stayed overnight. The hotel was very clean with refurbished bathroom that was stocked with complimentary toothbrush and paste, razor and hairbrush. Wow, nothing like this in hotels in the US. We missed the shuttle to the Kansai train station due to a miscommunication and the front desk arranged for a complimentary taxi so we would not miss or Shinkansen train. What great service!

“A good choice for our early-morning flight”

We had an early flight so decided to spend the night before near the airport. We had already stayed at a hotel on the airport island and found it a rather flat (unexciting) experience, so decided to go to this hotel, just off the island. The prices were similar. We had an early flight so decided to spend the night before near the airport. We had already stayed at a hotel on the airport island and found it a rather flat (unexciting) experience, so decided to go to this hotel, just off the island. The prices were similar. In the end, we liked this one better. Getting there took longer, even though it was slightly closer to downtown. For the island, we had taken a train that barely stopped between Osaka and our destination. For a train that stopped near our hotel, we had to take the subway, change in Namba, to a very comfortable train, that stoped many times along the way. When we got off, it was dark, very dark, and quiet. No one around. We followed a few signs for the hotel but were by no means sure we were going the right way until, after a 10-minute walk from the stayon, we arrived. Light, warmth, people, a welcome, Good to arrive. Fascinating displays in the lobby. Very polite and thoughtful check in. Comfortable room, comfortable enough to make us wish we were staying longer. Not much choice for dinner. We could see nowhere to eat in the neighbourhood, so we ended up at the hotel restaurant. Good food, impeccable service, surrounded by the remnants of a buffet provided by a tour group. Good sleep. Pretty good buffet breakfast. Then, the best bit of all: a bus to take us across the bridge to the airport. Free, safe, efficient. We had booked it the night before. Delivered safely and on time to the departure door. Good choice.
