We really liked this hotel. The room was large especially for Japan standards. The location is good, approx 8min walk from the main station. There are alot of shops nearby for convenience. The room was clean and bed was large with an additional sofabed for one of my children. The bathroom had a tub and shower combined in a single seperate bathing room apart from the toilet. The room design was modern although the carpet probably needs modernising a little. We had an issue logging into Netflix on the TV and someone came promptly to fix it. It was extremely quiet which was nice, no outside noise or noisy guests. The breakfast was ok, nothing fancy and was more of a mid-level European style buffet. Check-in service was ok, nothing to shout about, quite subdued and no one greets you when you come into the hotel but small things which are easily overlooked. Enjoyed our stay here

After researching the area for a nice hotel, I booked the Mecure Tokyu Stay Osaka Namba. The rooms were bigger than I expected, with king bed, fridge, microwave , washer/dryer combo - this saved me bringing lots of clothes as I could load it up at night and just let it run. After researching the area for a nice hotel, I booked the Mecure Tokyu Stay Osaka Namba. The rooms were bigger than I expected, with king bed, fridge, microwave , washer/dryer combo - this saved me bringing lots of clothes as I could load it up at night and just let it run. Even clothes that I would never put in a dryer in Australia were fine and no shrinkage! The rooms are dark, which made sleeping very easy!! The hotel has a great ramen place directly opposite, they also make good coffee. A 5 minute walk to shops, Lawson on the corner too which was handy. Train stations close by. Would definitely stay here again

“Good option for Shinsaibashi area”

Rooms are nice and clean, and well organised. My only small issue was that the corridors were very dark/dimly lit. The room could also do with better lighting options. Rooms are nice and clean, and well organised. My only small issue was that the corridors were very dark/dimly lit. The room could also do with better lighting options. Hotels in Japan are overheated in the winter, and it can get unbearable. Luckily, in this room, the signs were in English, and we realised that heating could be changed to cooling. That option at 21 or 22 °C was perfect. The large counter space near the basin was very helpful to keep a lot of our things. Good service with English-speaking staff and great location near several dining and shopping options. A short 3-4 minute walk to Daimaru and the covered shopping street in Shinsaibashi. No desk, but one large comfortable chair and a small round bedside table that can double up as a desk for a laptop, etc. Good breakfast in the hotel. The hotel has a nice lobby and a small outdoor garden seating area.

Stayed 2 nights, 2 rooms. Liked : the modernized Instagram worthy displays throughout the hotel . Liked: reception friendly approach , acknowledging my Accor Gold status as well , with some welcome amenity . Liked : my room although small in size comes with comfortable beds , generous amenities, separate toilet from shower, washing machine, microwave and most of all , the smart Tv option . However, no Nespresso machine and ice dispenser located in the 2nd level Much loved: location near convenience stores and of course the shopping and dining district which are a few blocks away. Disliked : it was a rather dim environment in many areas. Disliked : they don’t have enough dining spaces , so coming up a little late, you eat at a table as if you’re having cocktails or welcome drinks. BUT the breakfast spread was ok. Disliked : deluxe room afforded provided views of the nearby building . Lastly , there was no available bell or porter service, so guests bring their own luggages. Good thing they can provide storage.
