“Good stay”
Much caring service with a gentle reminder was received 1 day prior to my booked date, and an English speaking staff was there to give brief introduction on this ryokan and nearby attraction, very helpful. The dinner was excellent in taste,quality and with good service too. The onsen is not too big… lisää

“Outstanding!”
Large room, great onsen, very friendly staff, and a delicious and hearty Japanese breakfast all contributed to a wonderful experience; if we ever visit Shuzenji Onsen again, we will definitely stay at Taizanso again.

“Absolutely wonderful”
We loved this wonderful ryokan in Shuzenji. And we loved the absolutely amazing staff, they were so nice. The little village Shuzenji is also cosy, but we stayed most of the time at the ryokan. “Amazingly perfect ryokan experience”
Out of the many ryokans we stayed at during our two week trip to Japan, this was hands down the best. The service was great - very friendly, accommodating and nice. Good service, large room, good food. Hot bath was also good, but small. Outdoor bath very small. Dinner and breakfast served in your room. Typical ryokan experience.
