I cannot say enough good things about the team at NOHGA HOTEL AKIHABARA. While we ultimately did not end up staying due to a change in our family's travel plans, the staff were incredibly professional, communicative, and generous in their handling of our reservation. I made a mistake on my end regarding the booking, and even though they were under no obligation to help, they treated me with patience and grace. They worked with me to resolve the situation in a way that showed true hospitality and understanding of my family's needs. For anyone booking here: the management team is honorable and kind, but please do read your booking terms carefully! They went above and beyond for us, and I am truly grateful. I look forward to the day when we can finally visit and stay with such a wonderful team. Thank you, Mai Tsumura and staff!

“Would highly recommend”

This was our second stay at the hotel. It has a great location for sightseeing in Tokyo with at least 4 metro lines in easy walking distance. The breakfast is delicious. The rooms are spotlessly clean, modern, and comfortable. I would highly recommend it.

I recently stayed at Nohga Hotel with my brothers, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the city, and it has a lively yet relaxed atmosphere. The restaurant on the first floor is excellent—we really enjoyed the pizzas and other dishes. Our room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the small gym came in handy after indulging in all the delicious food. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service. Kamei, in particular, went above and beyond with kindness, respect, and a warm welcome that made us feel at home. I would highly recommend Nohga Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable stay.

Did a four night stay while traveling for leisure. It was a comfortable stay in all aspects, and I would stay here again while visiting Tokyo. Positives - the room and bathroom were all very clean - very quiet with minimal sound leakage from the hallways or the outside - spacious room compared to most other hotels at this price point or below - conveniently located to several metro stations, including Akihabara station - friendly concierge Negatives - selecting this hotel is not a "value play"...you're getting what you pay for - small amenities and perks are non-existent - e.g. they don't provide hand lotion, toothpaste is in the lobby if you didn't bring any, they charge 2000 JPY per hour for late check-out, etc.
