We visited in October 2025, when our son was about six and a half months old, staying one night on a free-night award earned through card benefits, paired with Platinum Elite status. Check-in came with a choice of welcome drink — sparkling or red/white wine. We chose the sparkling, a Franciacorta Cuvée Prestige from Ca' del Bosco, served with a shine muscat grape. The fine bubbles and ripe fruit aroma made for a fitting start to the stay, and sipping it while holding our son felt like a small switch from the pace of running a business to the pace of family time. Our room was a Superior King with a city view. There was enough space around the bed to fit a crib without crowding the room — something that matters enormously when traveling with an infant. The Ginza skyline outside settled into a calm glow at night, pleasant to watch while rocking our son to sleep. The route from the elevator bank to the room was flat and stroller-friendly throughout. Breakfast the next morning was at Sophie at EDITION. In contrast to the dramatic entrance downstairs, the all-day dining space felt natural and relaxed. The semi-buffet format, choosing a Japanese or Western main alongside small, beautifully plated dishes of vegetables and fruit, made it easy to serve everyone at their own pace without constant trips back and forth. Staff moved without any sense of rushing us, and quietly gave us space the moment our son grew fussy. The hotel has no club lounge, but it makes up for that with the sheer quality of its dining. Guests used to lounge-centric stays may notice the absence, but even breakfast alone left us satisfied, and the simpler flow of the property actually made things easier with an infant. This was a stay where polished design and genuinely relaxed, family-friendly service coexisted well.
