A perfect hotel. We had a 5 nights stay and couldn’t be happier. It is positioned in the heart of Shibuya, short walk from the station and in the middle of a vibrant night life. Rooms are large, very clean, with large windows overlooking the city. The staff is incredible. Very professional, polite and always greeting us with a smile. We asked to change the room to a higher floor as we were worried about possible noise and they were very accommodating and moved us to a high floor. A special thank you to Takumi Sukigara from the reception desk who checked us in. He gave us excellent recommendation for restaurants, places to see the cherry blossom. He always smiles. Breakfast was excellent too, with both à la carte options and buffet. I felt in love with the little chocolate cakes. Overall, a superb hotel, highly recommended.

We are staying here with our two kids and having a great experience. The hotel is right in the heart of Shibuya, which is exactly what we were looking for. It’s perfect if you want to really experience the energy of the area and stay out late without worrying about a long train ride back. Despite being in such a busy neighborhood, we didn’t have issues with noise as long as the windows were closed. Also, if you book a premium room, the space is actually quite comfortable—not small like some might expect in Tokyo. I’ve seen comparisons to Cerulean Tower, but honestly that misses the point. This place is all about being in the middle of the action. Our kids absolutely loved the buzz and excitement of Shibuya. Special shoutout to JJ at the front desk—super helpful and welcoming. We didn’t experience any of the rudeness mentioned in some reviews. If you’re okay with a lively, busy area and want a trendy hotel in the middle of everything, this is a great choice.

Also came to the same restaurant for a cocktail- wonderful experience. Other guests have written about the location- fantastic!

Our stay here will live long in my memory as one of my favourite hotel experiences. To start with we received a warm welcome after a long journey and with the bonus of our room being ready ahead of the regular check in time (a much welcome surprise after a 14 hour flight)! The view from our room gave me goosebumps, providing exceptional views over shibuya. The rooms are well designed and modern with very comfortable beds, which certainly helped to get over the jet lag quickly. Location of the hotel was perfect, being a 5 minute walk from shibuya station and within walking distance of Harajuku as well. Staff were very friendly and would greet you with a smile whether leaving or coming back for the day every time without fail. This was a Truly exceptional hotel and my only regret is that we didn’t stay longer!
