Stayed here for two nights with two kids ages 8 and 12. Hotel staff were very nice and hospitable. Getting here may be a challenge for non-Japanese tourists as it requires a train and bus ride but a taxi ride will do. Pros: every one complains about the location but there was a big supermarket, mall with restaurants, K's electronic store, sushi roll (conveyor belt sushi) Dominos pizzas and 7/11/ Lawson with about a 5-15 min walk. You're in japan so walking is the culture. Pros: shuttle services to Disney sea and Disneyland and back to the hotel and takes about 15-20 mins. Also super convenient if you need to catch the bus to Haneda/Narita airport. Just take the shuttle to Disneyland and you will see the bus stop (#8). Pros: convenient store inside the hotel to grab breakfast items and snacks. We woke up early at 6am to Disney sea and it was perfect to grab breakfast items and drinks. We also ate breakfast buffet and it was delicious for the price we paid. The coffee was amazing as well as the pastries. Cons: the only cons I can think of are the carpets in the room. Initially when you enter, there is like a musky smell but the smell goes away with the A/C. Also this is a budget 3 star hotel. We used this as a place to rest, clean up and conquer Disneyland. The shower/bath is also a plus. Really high pressure shower and it was totally the icing on the cake after a day at Disneyland. I highly recommend this place if you know what you're getting at this budget Disney hotel.

“Great beds and good shuttle bus service”

Terrific 5 bed accommodation for our family, with the exception of the top bunk, the beds were the most comfortable we've had in Tokyo with fat pillows and plush mattresses. Terrific 5 bed accommodation for our family, with the exception of the top bunk, the beds were the most comfortable we've had in Tokyo with fat pillows and plush mattresses. The top bunk had a very thin mattress and my teens complained it felt like sleeping on the bare bed frame. More suitable for a light younger child. Location is not that close to Disneyland/DisneySea, however the shuttle buses run regularly and were very use to use to get around. Easy use washing machines and ice machines, with a konbini on the ground floor with all the basics for end of day or morning snacks/meals as well as microwaves, and a common room to use so that you don't have to go back to your room to eat. Recreation facilities in this Disney resort are at their most basic with a nice courtyard and simple seating space for kids in the lobby to watch movies - this is not a resort for spending time in, but it's the perfect launch point for visiting Disneyland and Ikspiari. Staff were amazing and very accommodating - English speakers be reminded you are in a non-English speaking country and while staff had the basics for checking us in and handling standard enquiries, anything outside the box will need you to have your translators handy. No issues with noise from our parking lot/sea facing room, air conditioning kept room a nice temperature, the room was very clean with neat bathroom and the usual Japanese amenities buffet in the lobby. Don't try and user Uber Eats, the app can't differentiate between the Wish and Discover buildings so your food will probably go astray. 7-11, domino's are nearby, or catch the shuttle to Ikspiari where there are heaps of amazing dinner options. Not the mega Disney experience we've had at other resorts, no character presence, but still a nice family stay.

“Average stay for exorbitant prices”

We made the mistake of booking this place thinking it is close to Disneyland and Disneysea. It was actually 9km from these parks. The staff themselves were confused about giving us directions to the room. The rooms were average. Comfortable for a day but we expected more for such exorbitant prices.
