“Good hotel”
The staff was very skilled and helpful Rooms were more than ok Good place to start for sight seeing around there are to use as a hop to go to another city Did not take breakfast so I do not know how that was

“Good value hotel”
Good location within 5 min from JR Tokushima station, next to Sogo departmental store. I had a room facing the river and mountain so it was lovely. Room rate was reasonable, with sufficient amenities. Clean.

“Not good value”
Location was fine and we liked the view of the river. The access was with a key and only one which was a nuisnace. Noisy aircon In need of a renovation. We came back to the room mid morning and found all the rooms on the floor open for cleaning.., so not good security. Staff not comfortable with a… lisää
