ANAの航空券付きツアーで宿泊しました。レイトチェックアウトを希望しており、事前にIHGの番号は伝えておりましたが当日ホテルのご厚意でクラブフロアへアップグレードしていただきました。不覚にも旅行前日からのどの調子が悪くほとんど声が出ない状態でしたので外に食事に出るのもためらう状態のときに大変助かりました。繁忙期ではなかったからここまでしていただけたのかも知れませんがこれだけでも旅のいい思い出になりました。 22階のクラブラウンジからの広島市内の景色が美しかったです。瀬戸内海も少し見えます。また原爆ドームへ徒歩10-15分程度さらに近くから宮島行フェリーも出ており移動時間が短くすみ広島旅行を… lisää

Warm services,beautiful view from the club lounge...100% reccommend.

Excellent customer service at all levels. We initially were given a twin bed room #710 that had a locked fire escape window, that could not be left even partially opened (when unlocked). Excellent customer service at all levels. We initially were given a twin bed room #710 that had a locked fire escape window, that could not be left even partially opened (when unlocked). The set air con could not be turned down from a too hot 23 C. Hotel management then were able to move us to another very nice room where the window could be left opened partially = a cooler much more pleasant sleep. Our fellow aussie travel friends also thought that their std twin bed room was very pleasing. Nice towels and quality bed linen too. Free on site car parking in the hotel’s external yard. We ate in the café restaurant for dinner and the service there was exceptional, the best that we experienced in our 4+ week, all of Japan, self-driving road trip. Very good value servings too; that were each presented so artistically. A free base drink service was available in the deal. The hotel is a very good base for exploring Matsui and the Adachi Museum and its Gardens. This area of Japan deserves more western travellers.

I stayed at ANA Crowne Plaza Yonago for four nights in September 2024 and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the city. There is a direct shuttle bus service to Yonago airport, which operates according to the schedule of the ANA flights arriving at and departing from the airport. If you choose to take the train, the hotel is a short walk on a straight road down from the train station. The room I was assigned (#714) was very clean and larger than the average for Japan. You have an excellent view of the city and of Mt Daisen in the distance from the window. I travelled solo so your experience may differ if you are staying with a family. There are convenience stores and many eateries within walking distance from the hotel. Front desk staff were very polite and professional. Despite there not being many foreigners around (99% if the guests are Japanese), they were able to lend me a UK power adapter. English proficiency amongst the front desk staff is hit and miss - I am able to speak basic Japanese and I suspect that communication may have occasionally been an issue otherwise. Breakfast was fantastic. Go for the Japanese options. Those are really good. The Western options were interesting - I did not fancy the gelatinous mass that was intended to be scrambled eggs. Overall, my trip to Yonago was one of the best vacations I have had. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would gladly come back again.

we booked a twin room, beds are comfortable, room very clean and size ok. Location to train station is ok, but when you have lots of luggage you better take a taxi. we booked a twin room, beds are comfortable, room very clean and size ok. Location to train station is ok, but when you have lots of luggage you better take a taxi. Breakfast is a little expensive, but round the corner you find a nice cafe for breakfast. Some good Restaurants are on the way to the train station. We used the hotel as base for our visits to Matsue and Izumo taisha.
