Thank you for every wonderful staff who served for us during my stay. Especially Mr Rajesh from the restaurant. He is really kind person. Hotel is situated in the peak of Shirahama. The building and facilities is modern. When we arrived the hotel, they will escort you to take the welcome drink first in lounge then the the lady receptionist will explain the facilities and show you the way to room. The hot springs is really comfortable and facing the town. Room is average as we booked the standard room but they do have rooms with balcony. Highly recommend! The dinner meal is served Italian and taste is yummy with quality. Morning breakfast is extremely delicious compared to other resort hotel. They serve fresh sushi, fruit, juice…… and separate three different sessions to eat. In summer, swimming pool is open to use & gym room is available. When we leave the hotel, two gentlemen help us put the luggages inside the car and farewell us until our car totally away from hotel. Really enjoyable the stay and recommend who come to Shirahama.

“On top of the world”

Without question, the most magnificent experience all round. Staff go above and beyond to be friendly and communicate. The ocean view is awesome and the onsen is one of a kind - indescribably beautiful ✨

“Wonderful onsen”

The hotel is immaculate. The onsen is lovely. I used the East one as they are alternated. Only issue is I also used the outside onsen that has a lovely view. The hotel is immaculate. The onsen is lovely. I used the East one as they are alternated. Only issue is I also used the outside onsen that has a lovely view. I could smell cigarette smoke and looked up and could see a man looking down at me from above. I had to retreat backwards. This area is covered but I could see most of his head peering down when I bathed on the edge, so I suggest staff go up there and double check men can't watch women bath. There are two restaurants, Japanese and Italian. I got there at 3.05pm and Japanese was already booked out so attended the Italian restaurant and I normally enjoy Italian food. I was asked to choose what food I wanted from the menu at check in. Breakfast was fantastic. Asian and Western options. Staff speak mainly Japanese but one lady spoke good English. I am happy to use translation apps on my phone when travelling. Hotel has a pool but not very deep which is often the case with Japanese pools but still allows one to cool down from the heat. My room wasn't ready when I arrived just after 3pm but I was given a lovely welcome drink and enjoyed the views from the lounge area. Having an evening drink at night from the bar and being able to watch the views was also lovely. The pool closes at 5pm. I managed to get an hours swim in which was enough for me but it would be nice if the pool could stay open longer, especially if rooms aren't ready. There is a free shuttle bus to the station which I appreciated. The service offered by staff was exceptional. Thank you.
