“Amazing Ryokan!”
Woah! This is one of the best ryokans we’ve been to. The staff was super attentive and could speak some English, the rooms were amazing (see the photos!). We spent Christmas at this lovely hotel, and thoroughly enjoyed the evening entertainment and refreshments in the lobby with other guests. “Convenient location, great staff and good food”
The ryokan is close to both the Zao Bus station as well as the middle chairlift/ropeway, and is pretty much in the centre of the town area. “Good place to stay”
Service here is good and family onsen is provided. It is not a small onsen hotel, so u may face kids running around but onsen is really good. Dining is good here too. It is near to Zao Ropeway and free driving to Ropeway is provided there ( pls ask for assistance from staff).
