“Perfect spot”
This hotel was exceptionally close to Mount Fuji. It had a viewing area for you to take close-up pictures. The Onsen is a fantastic experience, especially the outdoor one. Rooms are a bit on the small side.

“Second time here and we will keep going there”
The hotel is cosy and classy The Onsen and happy hour are of good value and we really love it Breakfast was good The staff at check in reception Mr Wong from Hong Kong was exceptionally polite and gave us best service Help us to give him a good compliment We will be back again for sure

“Fuji Marriott is "OK". Great service, though.”
Here for 2 days, late March 2026. Titanium but couldn't book on points. Mediocre Marriott, great service, they gave us a Mt. Fuji view room with its own Onsen but it rained and was cold during our stay, the blossoms barely starting. Due to weather there was no view of Mt. Fuji and there really isn'… lisää

“Reasonable venue.”
While the hotel is in a remote part, there were some good qualities that make the hotel a reasonable destination. The staff for the most part were helpful and friendly. They arranged for bike rentals. The restaurant is basically only available for breakfast which is an excellent breakfast. For food… lisää
