“Great place but tiny bathroom”

Excellent front desk staff, great location and pool amenities. High quality comforts for a very enjoyable stay. From a mobility and accessibility standpoint, if you use a cane you will be fine. “Great experience”
This is 100% one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in, in Banff. The staff was absolutely fantastic. The room was beautiful and clean. The room had a white noise speaker which I also found as very nice touch but was pretty quiet. The Nora spa was one of the best parts along with the fantastic robe… lisää

“Would highly recommend!”
Fantastic hotel. Perfect location in Banff. A few minutes walk from everything you need but away from the noise of the shops and restaurants.
