the hotelstaff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The chechinand check out was fast and eay. the location was excellent for our trip and allowed uis to go directly to the higway in te morning

Great little hotel for a quick trip to Calgary! Seems like its a hotspot for students and parents to stay in before moving in to residence as the university is so close by. Great little hotel for a quick trip to Calgary! Seems like its a hotspot for students and parents to stay in before moving in to residence as the university is so close by. The hotel is easily accessible from the LRT. The front staff was very nice and personable and gave us some things to do while we were in town. The room itself was very nice.. We had a king bed, a couch, mircowave and mini fridge. The only complaint I had was that there was a stain on the blanket on the bed. Other than that the room was great and breakfast was alright as well with toast, muffins, cereal and fruit and of course coffee, tea and juice! Overall, it was a great stay and would definitely recommend it if you're in town for a short stay!

The place is what it is: If you are looking for a quick overnight stop or a room to crash in while you are out all day, it works just fine. The place is what it is: If you are looking for a quick overnight stop or a room to crash in while you are out all day, it works just fine. It's not ideal for long stays or if you are looking to spend a lot of time hanging out at the hotel. The facility is aging and not super well maintained — the heater in our room had fallen off the wall — but it's clean and comfortable, the location is good and the price is solid. The breakfast is very basic, so if you are looking for high-end there, you won't get it, but if you are looking for high-end at all, you're not looking at Travelodges. If you are OK with a good, solid, clean hotel with friendly folks and in a good location, you'll be happy here.

“Excellent value for a short stay”

This is very near the c train station. It is also near the main highway to Banff and has plenty of free parking on site. It is a budget hotel, however the room was clean and the staff friendly. This is very near the c train station. It is also near the main highway to Banff and has plenty of free parking on site. It is a budget hotel, however the room was clean and the staff friendly. Breakfast was simple (cereal, toast, fruit, giant muffins, tea, coffee & juice) but kept well stocked. There was a coffee-maker, fridge and microwave in the room. Safeway is a 15 minute walk or one stop on the c-train. The swimming pool no longer exists.

“Stampede Stay”

This hotel reservation was made in January for a stay in July specifically for Stampede - it's location was appealing as well as its amenities, an outdoor pool and complimentary breakfast. The location is as advertised - it is a 2 minute walk from the C-train which is ideal. Unfortunatley the poo… lisää

This hotel reservation was made in January for a stay in July specifically for Stampede - it's location was appealing as well as its amenities, an outdoor pool and complimentary breakfast. The location is as advertised - it is a 2 minute walk from the C-train which is ideal. Unfortunatley the pool does not exist and the breakfast is poor. Rooms were clean but dated - beds were very comfortable. Housekeeping staff are amazing, happy to help and friendly, unfortunately this is not carried through to the front desk staff.
