“Modern hotel - nice atmosphere”

May 2025 Stayed 4 nights while in town for a dance competition. The hotel was fully booked but it didn't feel crowded or loud at all. It is a large hotel with lots of parking in the front and back. May 2025 Stayed 4 nights while in town for a dance competition. The hotel was fully booked but it didn't feel crowded or loud at all. It is a large hotel with lots of parking in the front and back. I like that there was entrances from both sides of the building. The hotel is modern and nicely decorated, the lobby has a nice atmosphere. We had a standard room with two queen beds. The beds were very comfortable and two robes were in the room. Large drawers to put away clothes and and open closet made it easy to hang costumes and have access to them. The bathroom was really nice with a large deep tub and a big rainfall shower. I didn't like the sliding bathroom door, it didn't lock or close tightly giving a feel of not enough privacy for whoever is in the bathroom. The pool had a waterslide, there were lounge seats near the waterslide which was nice if you just wanted to watch your kid and not swim. There was also an outside patio beside the pool. There is not breakfast included but there is coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the lobby. There is the Chop Steakhouse attached to the hotel. The only issue I had was that I didn't want my room cleaned, I only wanted my towels exchanged and garbage bags. Two mornings I just met housekeeping in the hall outside my door and they gladly gave me supplies and took my towels, no need to come in. The third morning it was a different housekeeping person and I asked to please have towels. She said she would come in 5 minutes, I told her she didn't need to come in, I had the dirty towels and only needed fresh ones, I told her this three times. When she came to the room a few minutes later she proceeded to come in and not only take the towels like I wanted, she freshened the bathroom and vacuum around my feet as I was getting my child ready for dance. I think it might have been a bit of a language barrier but she was too persistent to come in when she could have just given me supplies in the hallway like I asked. We were in the middle of getting ready and I didn't want anyone coming in. She even picked up my personal bag with my recycling asking if it was garbage. Please advise housekeeping to be respectful of what guests are asking for.

Stayed at this hotel while in town for work. The front desk staff were very friendly and greeted everyone who was passing by. The hotel is very clean and has a modern updated feel. Stayed at this hotel while in town for work. The front desk staff were very friendly and greeted everyone who was passing by. The hotel is very clean and has a modern updated feel. The room was spacious and clean and well stocked with enough towels. The hotel felt safe and welcoming. The gym was a little lacking and basic, could use more equipment but at least it was a nice well lit space with big windows. My only disappointment was no one had mentioned there was a market room or vending machines on a few floors. I noticed them the last day, after I already walked down the street in the cold to the gas station to purchase bottled water. It was basically the same price at the hotel so would have been nice to know it was easier to obtain. Otherwise, I would stay here again if back for business in the area.
