Very nice hotel. Check in and check out were fast and easy. The front desk staff are very helpful and pleasant. The hotel and rooms were very clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Convenient free parking. I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it!

This property went above and beyond to accommodate our family after a horrible experience at a nearby AirBnb where we needed to flee in the late hours of the night with our two children. The Front Desk staff were extremely patient with our inquiries prior to check-in which ensured our biggest priority- safety and security of our family. The beds were incredibly comfortable and clean. The room we had was in the basement with no carpeting and there was no smell whatsoever in the room from dampness but was fresh and light. The room was a bit outdated but cleanliness outweighs such factors in our books. Breakfast is ok but included which is a good perk travelling with a family. Potatoes could be cooked a bit more for our liking. Breakfast staff could additionally be more accommodating to guests closer to closing time as observed when approaching our table numerous times as a means for us to leave for them to clean up for the day. Otherwise, we were thrilled with our stay. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

“Good location, quiet hotel”

Stayed at this Holiday Inn Express while visiting Charlottetown and it was a very good stay. The Hotel is clean, modern, with lots of free parking and its also very nice and quiet. Stayed at this Holiday Inn Express while visiting Charlottetown and it was a very good stay. The Hotel is clean, modern, with lots of free parking and its also very nice and quiet. The breakfast area is large and clean with quiet area in the back if you need some more privacy. This is a large hotel so the pool and fitness area is a bit of a walk at the end of the hotel. Staff is great and very helpful. The price is a bit high compared to other Holiday Inns but it was a great stay.

Nice sized room and very clean. A hockey team was checked in and very loud in the lobby and through some of the hall ways. We were told at check in that our wing would be quiet. Nice sized room and very clean. A hockey team was checked in and very loud in the lobby and through some of the hall ways. We were told at check in that our wing would be quiet. But there were 2 rooms occupied by the team on opposite ends - it was not quiet until 10:00pm, so it did not affect sleep. I took advantage of the coin operated laundry and people were in the hall ways on chairs from the rooms chatting and blocking hall ways, kids were playing hockey in the hall and just being very disrespectful. I did see/hear one staff tell the kids that hockey in the hall was not allowed. The parking lot was full and we had to drive around back to find a spot, nothing close. Breakfast was good, lots to choose from at the buffet. We attempted to get there early but they opened it up early for the teams and the kids were everywhere, not a peaceful stay at all. The staff were on top of things keeping food supplied and wiping tables down, kudos to the staff.
