Top notch service from the moment we walked in the door. Jack (the duty manager) is an absolute credit to this hotel. Professional, helpful, humorous and couldn’t do enough to make us welcome. 5/5

“a comfortable place to stay after a long day at the airport”
we stayed here after our flight was cancelled and found it to be very good. room was a bit warm but bed was comfy and good pillows. “Nice Place”
Stayed a Friday night, was upgraded by Jimmy, who took care of my check in process seamlessly. I messed up my booking the wrong Holiday inn location in Kamloops but Jimmy fixed everything for me!
