“Friendly and accommodating”
We were booked in for 2 nights but ended up needing an extra night due to medical issues. Even though they were fully booked they managed to accommodate up for the extra night. Very friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone needing to stay in Kitimat

“Excellent independent hotel in the heart of the town”
Excellent stay at MStar for a week-long business trip. The room was quiet, spacious, comfortable and clean, with a microwave and fridge. Nice staff. Great shower and bed. “Best stay in Kitimat!”
Clean and comfortable but what really stands out is the amazing staff who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable! All of the staff were extremely friendly and personable, really making me feel at home! I’m sure the nicest hotel in town with great complimentary coffee and muffins!

“Wonderful!”
We absolutely had an amazing stay! The only bad thing about it was that we had my 78 year old father sleeping on the hide a bed and it was the most uncomfortable bed ever. He said it was like sleeping on pins and needles. If they get proper mattresses for the hide a bed or switch it to a futon it w… lisää

“Did not live up to its promise.”
Comfortable rooms and beds with good showers. Disappointed that there was no tea or coffee in the rooms though freely available in the lobby. Muffins were also available free of charge but, sadly, the promised fruit in the morning had all gone by 8 with the exception of 4 inedible green apples. … lisää
