“Short stay at the Sandman Hotel Quesnel”
Stayed here overnight whilst travelling on the Rocky Mountaineer, this a very comfortable hotel with access to local restaurants nearby, due to arrival time we did not go out but were advised that they are good. My husband and I had reservations for middle of Sept 2024. We had reserved a pet room, but upon check in all double pet rooms were occupied so the Wonderful Jessica upgraded us to the Queen suite!! “A welcome change”
A welcome change after being further up north where the hotels are horrid. The host that checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful. Even had a treat for our dog. “Way too expensive for what you get”
Very disappointed in the room. It was located immediately beside the elevator so right off the bat I knew we were going to be dealing with foot traffic noise.
