We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was well managed, and the staff were professional and welcoming throughout our visit. We especially loved the penthouse floor — the spacious kitchen and the breathtaking view made our stay unforgettable. The management has clearly paid attention to every detail, ensuring comfort and quality. We would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

“Good Place to Stay”

I stayed at this hotel when I visited Vancouver. It was very nice, convenient, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good location, so it was easy to go to many places and see the city. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

This hotel was a surprise find for me. I have stayed in this area near Davie Streets and Granville Streets/Burrard Street before but hadn't even heard of this place. This is a reasonably priced, 3 star high rise hotel. Nice and clean. Very pleasant staff. Travelling as a single female, I felt safe in the hotel and neighbourhood. Good location. Had a king sized bed. Loved it! So very comfortable! Stayed for 2 nights. Yes, I would stay here again. There are no significant amenities here besides shampoo, conditioner and soap. Don't expect a pool or spa or anything like that. You are getting what you pay for. Nothing fancy, just safe and comfortable. Rooms are a bit run down but mine on the 11th floor was totally acceptable (see photos). The 'penthouse' social area is a large kitchenette and small sitting area with TV and great views of Vancouver skyline. Worth a quick peak if you want the view. The PH room as its called is basically clean. Guests use it to cook meals and there are toasters, 2 rice cookers, pots and pans, a fridge, etc. all clearly well used. Stove & fridge, too. Probably 1/2 the cleanliness and order falls to those guests and the other to staff. The kitchenette looks well used and worn. Note that this hotel is surrounded by 1 way streets so it can be a bit complicated for a cab to get you there initially. Front Desk are happy to call you a cab when you need one.

This is a budget friendly hotel, perfectly located not too far away from the main tourist areas of the city such as Granville Island and Gas Town, which are both walkable. This is a budget friendly hotel, perfectly located not too far away from the main tourist areas of the city such as Granville Island and Gas Town, which are both walkable. There are plenty of amenities close by and a 7-11 across the road. The rooms are showing some wear and tear, but they are comfortable and clean with everything you need for a basic stay, including air conditioning and a small kitchenette (which is great because the hotel does not offer breakfast). The PH floor has a large communal kitchen area that looked clean enough - we didn't use it but we did go up to have a look at the view. Well worth the money and definitely recommended.
