The hotel rooms were clean, bed was perfect and pillows.......the best. The hotel was quiet and close to everything. Wonderful stay.

Welcoming staff, felt like new hotel. I stayed 3 nights here and slept well. There was no road noise and my room was not spacious but it was a great base for me as I was on the go all day. The bathroom is spacious, and I noted the quiet self closing toilet - I wonder why all hotels don't make sure… lisää

Welcoming staff, felt like new hotel. I stayed 3 nights here and slept well. There was no road noise and my room was not spacious but it was a great base for me as I was on the go all day. The bathroom is spacious, and I noted the quiet self closing toilet - I wonder why all hotels don't make sure they have them. The shower was clean and comfortable with the curved shower rod all hotels should have. I enjoyed the lobby for coffee in the mornings, and filled my water bottle there regularly at the front desk where there was water, tea and coffee. I had one minor request for my room and it was quickly dealt with. Room was kept immaculate and I appreciated the flowers out front as well. The restaurant beckoned with nice smelling food but I didn't try it but based on the hum of the diners it must be good food.

Prestige Kamloops Hotel is a newer motel in Kamloops. It sits across the carpark from another Prestige property, the Prestige Aberdeen Lodge Hotel, which seems about the same age, but has lower-priced rooms and complementary breakfast for motel guests. Prestige Kamloops Hotel is a newer motel in Kamloops. It sits across the carpark from another Prestige property, the Prestige Aberdeen Lodge Hotel, which seems about the same age, but has lower-priced rooms and complementary breakfast for motel guests. Check-in went smoothly. Our room with 2 Queen beds was smaller than the average hotel room and came with a fridge and microwave. Soundproofing was average. We were informed that our room didn’t come with free breakfast (they did offer us a 25% off voucher for breakfast at the Isagani restaurant just beside the motel lobby) and there were no laundry facilities on site, although a laundry room with a single washer and dryer was available at the Prestige Aberdeen Lodge Hotel opposite us, a short half minute walk away. I booked this Prestige motel stay through my search on Bestwestern hotel website. In contrast to other Bestwestern motels I have stayed at, Prestige Kamloops Hotel seems to lack the regular amenities such as free breakfast and on-site laundry facilities. And I must mention that in comparison to other motels I have stayed at, which offer free tea/coffee round the clock, Prestige Kamloops Hotel only offers complementary coffee from 5am to 7am and 11am to 5pm. This is weird timing for guests who have a long drive after checking out in the mornings (unless they check out before 7am). I strongly believe there is room for improvement at Prestige Kamloops Hotel.

“Don't stay on the highway side of hotel”

The property is nice, the room was perfectly fine, but holy cow the noise from the highway was crazy. I read reviews before booking so when I booked I requested a room that wasn't on the highway side, but of course I was given a room on the highway side, never again, I was woken at least a half doz… lisää

The property is nice, the room was perfectly fine, but holy cow the noise from the highway was crazy. I read reviews before booking so when I booked I requested a room that wasn't on the highway side, but of course I was given a room on the highway side, never again, I was woken at least a half dozen times from engine brakes and I can usually sleep through excessive noise no problems. They actually give you ear plugs in the room which is kinda hilarious and concerning at the same time.
