“Great value for a good but basic overnight stay”

“Very clean, well appointed with friendly staff.”
This hotel is not the fanciest place in Collingwood but we didn’t need fancy. Our room was very clean and well appointed. The bed was comfortable. “Better than expected!”
It wasn’t perfect, it wasn’t an amazing hotel with all the amenities. I’d argue to say it wasn’t spotless clean. “A little tired, but a comfortable stay.”
Great big room with two massive double beds. No coffee / tea making facilities although in the morning they have a coffee making machine to make coffee which is provided. Good location for local facilities. The town, restaurants, walking.

“Cold as 🧊”
We booked this hotel on line and provided an approximate check in time. On arrival the heat in the room had been turned off and the room felt like a freezer 🥶 when I attended the front desk they said that I needed to call and ask for the heat to be turned on prior to my arrival for next time.
