We had a lovely stay. Reception was warm and friendly. We booked on the fly got the 2and last room on a long weekend. There was some issue with the bill (over charge for our dog) that was cleared up immediately at the desk. Nice facility, new and clean well cared for. Lots of room to walk our dog. … lisää

We had a lovely stay. Reception was warm and friendly. We booked on the fly got the 2and last room on a long weekend. There was some issue with the bill (over charge for our dog) that was cleared up immediately at the desk. Nice facility, new and clean well cared for. Lots of room to walk our dog. Very Quiet!! The breakfast was hot and there were lots of options. Coffee was great.

“Last minute stay”

I stayed here more so out of necessity but my stay was a really remarkable. I arrived very late at night because after it became clear that my partner was going to have to stay longer term at the nearby hospital. I stayed here more so out of necessity but my stay was a really remarkable. I arrived very late at night because after it became clear that my partner was going to have to stay longer term at the nearby hospital. I had no reservation and they were able to set me up with a room so I could shower and get some sleep. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The location was very quiet so I had no disruptions trying to get some sleep. One thing that stood out was how spotless the bathroom was. After staying in a lot of hotels, including some higher end places, a spotless bathroom isn’t guaranteed anymore. I did manage to make it up in time for breakfast. It was pretty much what I expected from a standard continental. Breads, some muffins, oatmeal, waffles, scrambled eggs, potatoes, and sausages. I will note the sausages were large and good looking. Everything was fresh so I was pretty satisfied. While I don’t wish to be in that situation again, have I the need for a place in Cornwall again, the Hampton Inn would be my first choice. I also need to call out how kind and helpful the staff were. I checked in with just about nothing, no change of clothes or toiletries. They kindly offered me a free toothbrush and toothpaste so I could freshen up.

Excellent hotel. The staff are wonderful. The place is very clean. Breakfast is good. My only complaint is the temperature of the pool. When I'm away on business I treasure having swims. Excellent hotel. The staff are wonderful. The place is very clean. Breakfast is good. My only complaint is the temperature of the pool. When I'm away on business I treasure having swims. I was here for 5 days and no swimming. The indoor pool temp was 76°F. Fine for kids or an outdoor pool. When I asked to increase it I was told it was out of their hands and nothing could be done. At every other hotel I have stayed at the indoor pool temp is usually 80°F. VERY disappointed.

This is a new hotel in Cornwall. Only 1.5 years old. Very close to restaurants and not that far from the waterfront. Cornwall is small so it's easy to drive around. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was the same. Windows had two blinds. One was a blackout type. The buffet breakfast was fine. Fairly large seating area. Free coffee, tea or hot chocolate any time. Friendly staff and had no issues at all.
