We spent one night at this hotel as a family whilst on our Ontario Road Trip. We found our room to be tidy, clean, well kept and of good decorative order! We found the staff to be friendly and courteous. We liked the central location, the view of the bridge and water We did t use the pool, but there is one! It is a short walk into town ie 15 minutes.

After an exhausting 8+ hour journey, I walked into the lobby feeling dehydrated and drained. After an exhausting 8+ hour journey, I walked into the lobby feeling dehydrated and drained. The moment I stepped in, "May" at the Front Desk greeted me with a beaming smile and a warm "Welcome Back." Wow, that simple gesture set the tone for what turned out to be an even better stay since my last visit in November. A huge thanks to May for going above and beyond to make sure this stay was flawless. Thanks also to the restaurant team. The food was the best food in the area. I was lucky enough to enjoy the beautiful outdoor patio. From the friendly managers (Lexi and others) to the housekeeping staff, everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there. Make sure to ask for a waterside room on an upper floor. This hotel delivers consistent excellence. I am already looking forward to my next visit.

“Stay here, you won't regret it.”

This is a good place to stay when your visiting Manitoulin Island. We booked a suite and it was huge and comfy. If you get the top floor rear facing you will also a good view of the Little Current river. Everyone was friendly and happy to help. Some nice art scattered around the lobby. We eat break… lisää

This is a good place to stay when your visiting Manitoulin Island. We booked a suite and it was huge and comfy. If you get the top floor rear facing you will also a good view of the Little Current river. Everyone was friendly and happy to help. Some nice art scattered around the lobby. We eat breakfast and dinner in the restaurant and both were good. Jessica is a peach of a server and real asset to the hotel.

I could this hotel was at one time a premier location . However , it looks like it has been financially abandoned . Between the extremely dirty carpets in the rooms , the much needed paint job needed almost everywhere and the absolutely filthy and bug infested windows , it would appear almost dilap… lisää

I could this hotel was at one time a premier location . However , it looks like it has been financially abandoned . Between the extremely dirty carpets in the rooms , the much needed paint job needed almost everywhere and the absolutely filthy and bug infested windows , it would appear almost dilapidated. The rooms themselves were a bit on the small side but acceptable . The bathroom was a decent size and looked like they had been somewhat updated but some fixtures were not complete . What was not acceptable was the size of bath towels meant for children ? They flimsy and small . Breakfast soon was satisfactory but the conference area needed some decor help . Since this centre is out in the middle of nowhere , it would have been great if some entertainers from local area could have been brought in for something to do in the evenings .
