I had to go to the Victoria Hospital for a early appointment. I live 3.5 hours away and thought I would go the day before instead of a 4 am drive down. I had to go to the Victoria Hospital for a early appointment. I live 3.5 hours away and thought I would go the day before instead of a 4 am drive down. First of all the staff is FANTASTIC_WARM and very FRIENDLY. A shout out to them. The one bedroom suite I got was SO SO nice. Clean and BIG. A full stocked kitchen with plates kettle etc. The room was very quiet also even though it was on a main street. I know I will be very well taken care of when I return for my hospital stays . TY to all the staff again.

The Good! 1. Our room had a chair in each bedroom pointed at the bed 2. The staff is amazing my wife accidental booked the wrong dates and they went an above and beyond to make sure we got a room. 3. There is cold infused water in the lobby when you arrive. 4. There are many plugs throughout the room 5. We had a well appointed kitchen 6. The breakfast was nice and the breakfast staff were amazing. 7. Solid coffee selection The Bad! 1. They advertised chocolate covered sour keys but didn’t seem to have any 2. If you need a copy of the elevator inspection you have to go to the managers office All in all a great place to stay. If we are in London again we will definitely stay here!

“You'll be pleasantly surprised”

A pleasant stay in quiet downtown London, we were pleasantly surprised at how nice the hallways, common areas and breakfast spaces were. Our room was huge - like a 2 bedroom condo - and had a stocked kitchenette which was nice. The hotel doesn't look great from the street, but is much nicer inside!… lisää

A pleasant stay in quiet downtown London, we were pleasantly surprised at how nice the hallways, common areas and breakfast spaces were. Our room was huge - like a 2 bedroom condo - and had a stocked kitchenette which was nice. The hotel doesn't look great from the street, but is much nicer inside! Great breakfast options with eggs, sausages, quiches, oatmeal and yogurt bar and a pancake conveyor machine the kids loved! We enjoyed walking to dinner nearby and felt very safe on a weekend night. Extremely comfortable, spacious for the price, and with workout room and breakfast included it was almost perfect - (a pool or hot tub would have been great)!

“Fantastic suite, breakfast slightly disappointing”

This really went over my expectations as regards the facilities in the suite. Very clean, smallish bedroom area, nice bathroom, kitchen plus generous sized lounge / dining area with desk. This really went over my expectations as regards the facilities in the suite. Very clean, smallish bedroom area, nice bathroom, kitchen plus generous sized lounge / dining area with desk. Other than the coffee machine, I didn't use any of the kitchen equipment, but looked good to prepare a meal. Lounge area very comfortable. Bed comfortable and plenty of storage space. Breakfast was included with toasters, pancake makers. The hot food selection looked a bit underwhelming. No fresh fruit and all the youghuts looked to be dairy free. I made use of the computer workstation in the lobby. A bit cramped and would have been good to provide seating rather than drag a chair from another area.
