This is my second review for the Delta because the staff and the experience here are truly exceptional. I travel frequently for work(domestic/International), and I can confidently say this hotel is my absolute favorite. The staff here unique—genuinely kind and always attentive. From check-in to check-out, my stay is flawless. My room is always spotless, thanks to Hélène, who goes above and beyond, even adding thoughtful extras for my longer stays. The front desk team—Melanie, Carla, and Manon—are incredibly welcoming and consistently offer great advice on local restaurants and activities in the area. Denis and Mia are always around and ready to help, making my stay even more comfortable. If I'm not dining out, the on-property restaurant is my go-to. The food is excellent, the ambiance is quiet, and the staff, Alexia and Alexandra, make every dining experience enjoyable. The hotel's location is another huge plus—right in the heart of downtown, within walking distance to many great restaurants. If you're in the mood for something casual, I recommend Le Pot or Mezcal Taqueria. If you're looking for something more upscale, try Le Buck. As you can tell, I'm pleased with every aspect of this hotel. I always look forward to coming back, and I can't recommend this property enough!

Nice hotel with a comfortable room. Staff was bi-lingual and very pleasant. Breakfast buffet was a bit pricey and not as good as you would expect from a nice hotel. Nice river view from the higher floors.

The hotel is fine if a bit cold with bare floors. There was no breakfast and the Starbucks next door was closed. The restaurant in the hotel was pretty good. Parking was a bit hard to get into but underground. Nothing to do in the little town but the good restaurants a few blocks walk away.

There were no restaurant options on-site, and no room service available during my stay. I had to venture out for every meal, which wasn’t ideal. Parking was easy and convenient, which was a big plus. Poor customer service overshadowed the experience. Staff were often unresponsive and lacked professionalism, which made the stay less enjoyable. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay if you’re not relying on in-house dining. Great for a quick stop, but not ideal for those who prefer full-service convenience. The Elite Pantry was a highlight—great selection and super handy during my stay.
