“Great staff, place needs a little love”
Stayed here for 5 nights to visit beautiful Lac St-Jean. The hotel is clean and the staff are very warm and friendly, exactly the type of people you would expect from this region. “Great service”
We spent the night here last week and I was blow away from the kindness of the woman at the front desk ( violet ) She went out of her way to help us and she was so kind and friendly she made you feel welcome....The room was big and very clean..Great place to book a mini vacation and no you will be … lisää

“Nice one night stay”
This hotel is not a chateau as its name suggests, but it is nice enough for a one night stay. It is a big hotel with good sized bedrooms, and it also offers an indoor pool which is great. “We loved the rooms, much less the swimming pool”
The rooms we had was nicely spacious, clean and clear. We loved the beds, also big and with good matrasses. The minus point is there is only one light for the double bed so a practical problem when one partner wants to read and the other prefers to sleep. The breakfast was very standard, no nice or… lisää
