“great hotel to stay at”
I stayed at the hotel in vancover by the airport and the people at the front desk were super helpful and kind to us we arrived super early before our check in and they had a place to store our bags before we got our room we were there for a convention so it was super nice to now have to worry about… lisää

“Wonderful stay”
Excellent service. Responded to everything in time and excellent housekeeping. I'll definitely be back here

“Clean rooms/hotel, just tired.”
Some parts of the hotel are looking quite tired. I got the same room that I had last fall and the shower rack is still hanging on by a thread. Otherwise it's fine. I found the rooms clean along with the hallways and common areas. The outside was also clean and well looked after, just tired. Di… lisää

“Please do better”
Fine, but not as nice as you'd expect for that quality of hotel (not to mention the price). We had to go down to get more toilet paper since housekeeping did not service our room. Also because of this, garbage was overflowing. Also, when we booked on the website, the image and description said the… lisää
